Dr. Frederick L. Katz, BS, DDS, MSD

Frederick L. Katz, B.S., D.D.S., M.S.D.
Hailing from Indiana, Dr. Katz completed his undergraduate work at Indiana University. He went on to dental school at Indiana University School of Dentistry in Indianapolis, after which he served as a dental officer in the US Navy at Quonset Point, Rhode Island. From there he returned to Indiana University to complete his endodontics residency and M.S.D.

Dr. Katz has been providing specialty care in endodontics in Madison since 1974. Throughout that time, he has served as an undergraduate instructor at the Marquette University School of Dentistry and as an endodontics consultant for the VA Hospital in Madison. For 15 years, he was the Chief of Endodontics for the Meriter Hospital general practice residency program.

Dr. Katz has been asked to comment throughout his career on various endodontic issues relating to potential  dental malpractice.
